Kai, from what i understand came
from a "breeder" In Hawaii
Here in Hawaii
Small dogs are at a premium
Because most people live in
Apartments or condominiums
So what happens is
Anyone
Who wants to make some money
Breeds any 2 small dogs
Therefore there are many many mixed puppies
They sell these "mixed breeds" starting at $350
And yes, people pay this amount, believe it or not.
